100% Real Linen Proofing Cloth 
21" x 20" 100% real linen proofing cloths. Not a fabric blend, but the real thing. Linen is the traditional cloth used in bakeries for proofing (raising) doughs. The linen is used to line the baskets and bannetons to make it easier to turn out the dough after it is done proofing and ready to bake.

These Cotton/Poly Proofing Cloths are for sourdough proofing too! Each cloth is 21" x 24" and have a rolled edge. These cloths are preshrunk so there will be no shrinkage.

Woven 100% Cotton Proofing cloths..
These 100% Cotton Proofing Cloths are made in Pakistan.They are used for sourdough dough proofing to line the bannetons or bowls, especially when you want a smoother finish to your crust. They are also nice for showing off your bread when it is done baking! Each cloth is 25" x 16". Being 100% Cotton, they will shrink some, however the size I have quoted is the size after shrinking.

Medium weight nicely woven, Cream White (off white) Dough Proofing Cloths.
These Proofing Cloths are extra long for french style loaves. Each cloth is approx. 20" x 20" and are roll edged.They are also great for showing off your bread! Their main use is for lining the basket or bowl and sprinkling with flour to proof bread dough.
