    I was given some dried mother dough over 15 yrs ago from Italy would that be ok ? If so what do I do with it?

    Its been over a year since I last visited your beautiful family. As I look at your delicious web-site I have to confess it pales in comparison to the warmth and beauty of your family. Each one of your children a master piece of love, grace and itelligence that you have so patiently nurtured. Each one of your children stealing a piece of my heart with Willis stealing the prize of biggest part of my heart. So while you can take huge pride in the bread you so masterfully create and that looks so mouth watering good, it is only a small measure of the true beauty and gifts that reside within the loving walls of your nurturing, sourdough-bread making home.

    I sell the starters at my website at: http://www.northwestsourdough.com they can be sent as fresh dough or as dried. Teresa
