    Hi Kathy, Carl’s bread does look really tasty, I need to try this recipe too. My store is closed for now so I can’t help you with a starter for now. Check back as I may reopen it on a limited basis soon.

    I just looked at this recipe and it sounds brilliant! I am a HUGE fan of bread, especially sourdough!! I haven’t made any in a long time, but your blog has inspired me to begin again with a brand new starter. I really like whole wheat/whole grain; could you help me with a good whole wheat starter?
