This sourdough starter is produced by Northwest Sourdough. It was cultured in San Francisco and is authentic San Francisco starter.
The starter is dried and will be sent sealed in a zip bag and sent in a special printed starter envelope. Included will be instructions on getting the starter going and two recipes for San Francisco Sourdough Bread.
