Sourdough Bread Baking Experiments – Course Launch Today!

Bake Sourdough Breads!

NEW course Launch!

Join my new sourdough baking course here: Sourdough Bread Baking Experiments

Today is launch day for my new course, “Sourdough Bread Baking Experiments.” I had a lot of fun making this course but it took me a long time to get it finished. Thank you for being so patient!

In this course, I boiled bread, worked with low inoculation, double hydrations, motherdough, overnight ferments, super high hydration (Cristal Bread) and other fun experimental methods. I also played around with some heritage grains, Spelt and Teff. There is even a failed experiment with double hydration!

I hope you learn some new methods and have a lot of fun experimenting.

I won’t be available to answer questions during this coming weekend, as I am flying to San Francisco to attend, “Udemy Live” convention. I was invited as a speaker, which is a totally new experience for me. I will get to stay at a luxury hotel, which is also something I’ve never done.

As many of you know, I’ve come a long way in the last six years, since I started to rebuild my life. Experiencing life in these new ways is something I never imagined I would do.  Getting to know you, my friends, fellow bakers and supporters, means a lot to me. You are my peersmy friends, thank you so much!

During launch, all of my baking courses are offered at a special discount, see this post here for details: Countdown to New Course Launch  there might even be a few early winner codes available hidden in the post. Check carefully!

All courses are online, at your own pace and for your lifetime. A certificate is awarded upon completion.

Here’s the Promo video:

Happy Baking everyone! Psssst there are ten free winner codes hidden in this post.

The forbidden chocolate cake recipe that was available via a link to the primal kitchen site has disappeared. I didn’t write it down because i bought your sourdough books thinking it would be in there but it isn’t. Please, please, please can you send it to me, or post it on your site because it was the best chocolate cake recipe ever.
    Hoping you can help.

    Best wishes
