These recipes were developed for use with the sourdough starters. They will work with any of the starters. However, some of the recipes are more suited for use with the certain kinds of starters. The Alaskan Starter is most suited to the quick bread recipes, like the Flapjacks, waffles, and biscuits. The Alaskan Starter isn't suitable for the "sour" recipes, like the Two Night Super Sour, your Northwest & San Francisco Starters are best for those recipes. Aussie starter is best suited to wholegrain recipes. I am trying to put together a nice selection, so that no matter what starter you have, there will be several recipes that work best with it. Each recipe is linked to it's own page for printout. Some of the recipes include step by step photographic directions. Password for access to Special Recipes will be sent after payment. Save your password as new recipes will be added. Here are pictures of some of the "Special Recipes."
